Yes! You can buy either way for our individual memberships (one user). For group memberships, all plans are annual. They do include discounts, as well.
Our platform is designed to make understanding data easy, for everyone. As a result, bulk download is not part of our memberships. Contact us to license data for offline analysis.
Nope! You can start you subscription without ever calling anyone.
You sure can. Cancel before your next renewal. For monthly memberships, you have the chance to cancel monthly. For annual memberships, it’s annual.
All online purchases are via a credit card. We have a secure checkout process and renewals use this credit card. We do also have Apple Pay and Google Pay as options.
